Privacy notice

Data we collect: when you book a transfer or request a quote via WhatsApp, we collect your name, email, phone, flight number, destination hotel, and any additional notes you share with us. If you message us through the site chat or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can follow up with you.

How we use it: we use this data solely to coordinate and confirm your transfer, provide support before and during your trip, and send you your booking confirmation by email. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Payments: online payments are processed through Stripe. Welcome Shuttle never stores your card details; Stripe handles them directly under its own security standards.

Providers we use: to run the site we use Supabase (database and storage), Resend (confirmation emails), Vercel (hosting and aggregated traffic analytics) and WhatsApp Business (messaging). Each one processes data only to provide that service to us, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage: the site does not use advertising tracking cookies. We use an anonymous identifier stored in your browser solely to recognize an ongoing chat conversation; it does not identify who you are.

Retention: we keep your booking data for as long as needed for support, accounting, and tax purposes.

Your rights: you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal data by writing to info@welcomeshuttle.com or via WhatsApp.

Changes to this notice: we may update this privacy notice occasionally; the current version will always be available on this page.
